Job Description
SHIFT NEEDS:
- The Saturday Party time slot from 5:15 - 6:45 PM; and on the 2nd Saturday of the month we have a drop off program called Parents Survival Night from 5:15-8:15 PM. The shifts for Saturdays would be from 4:45-7:15PM or 8:45 PM depending on which event is happening.
- Sunday Parties are from 3:15-4:45 PM and 5:30-7:00 PM; the full shift is 2:45-7:30 PM.
- If you are unavailable for these hours we will automatically decline your application.
- This is only a part time position. The maximum amount of hours you can earn per week is 8.75.

The Little Gym Birthday Party Instructor is responsible for delivering outstanding birthday parties at The Little Gym. This role calls for an energetic fun-loving person who enjoys playing games and has the natural ability to put a smile on the faces of children of all ages.
Essential Job Functions:
Host Awesome Birthday Bashes (1.5 hr- 2 hr)
Set up and clean up of parties that include: leading fun and games in the gym and servingpizza and cupcakes in our lobby.
Host Parents Survival Nights (3 hr)
Drop off program where parents can leave their kids for a night of pizza fun and games!
Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience second to none
Qualifications:
Customer service experience
Relates well to customers of all ages
Great attitude and strong work ethic
Love to have fun and not only smiles easily but finds joy in making others smile
A background in food service party hosting and/or child care are required.
