Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the engineering team.
- Develop and implement engineering strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and achieve company goals.
- Manage and oversee engineering projects ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative engineering solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and advancements to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Manage relationships with clients vendors and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team.
- Oversee budgeting resource allocation and risk management for engineering projects.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
