Fashion Retail Assistant - Moncler

The Role:

As a Retail Assistant at Moncler you will be a key part of the boutique team delivering an elevated customer experience aligned with the brands luxury standards. Your role will focus on assisting clients in selecting high-end fashion and outerwear offering personalised styling advice and sharing detailed product knowledge. You will support day-to-day boutique operations including sales processing stock handling and maintaining an elegant organised and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Customer Service: Provide expert advice and personalized assistance to customers in selecting ski and snowboard gear ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
• Sales Operations: Process sales transactions accurately meet sales targets and support merchandising efforts including product displays and promotions.
• Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment deliveries and inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and availability.
• Store Presentation: Maintain a clean organized and visually appealing store environment in line with company standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve store goals provide feedback on products and support in-store events and promotions.

What you need to succeed:

• Proven track record in increasing sales customer development employee growth and relationship building.
• Experience in retail especially in ski/snowboard outdoor gear or luxury service industries is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to educate and assist customers.
• Fluency in English with basic conversational Japanese. Chinese language skills are an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills.
