Job Description
ADR Team Lead Position
Description
Manage a team of Account Development Representatives to ensure that department and company objectives are being achieved. This position will require a high-level of interpersonal and organization skill. As well as being adaptable to initiative changes prioritizing lead opportunities effectively and working cohesively with the other leaders in the SMB Partnered Department.
Responsibilities
- Agent sales development
- 1-on-1s
- Live listening call-reviews
- Assistance with New Hire Training
- Interviewing potential candidates
- Assisting with Department Trainings
Compensation
- Salary (Depending on experience)
- Current company health-related benefits
- Performance bonuses
- Occasional lunch from Sensuous Sandwich provided by Partnered Manager Mike Blake
Job Requirements
- Highly-motivated adaptable great work ethic
- Professional demeanor
- Emotional maturity good temperament patient
- Great interpersonal skills
- Able to be relied on to put the needs of your agents at the forefront of your mind at all times
- Sales aptitude and desire to push above what is expected
- General understanding and experience with Google Sheets and Excel
- Organizational skills
- The desire to attack each day with an enthusiasm that is unknown to mankind
