Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Account Assistant to support our account management team in ensuring exceptional client service and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating daily administrative tasks maintaining communication with clients and assisting in the execution of strategic projects that align with the companys goals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing client accounts ensuring all deliverables are met with accuracy and timeliness.

  • Prepare reports documents and meeting summaries for internal and client use.

  • Coordinate schedules project timelines and follow-ups between departments.

  • Support executive management with documentation presentations and client communications.

  • Maintain organized records and ensure smooth workflow between client and internal teams.

  • Contribute to improving administrative and operational processes for greater efficiency.
