As a Product Specialist in AI & Emerging Tech youll support the delivery of strategic initiatives within the Consumer Transformation team. Youll work closely with the Product Owner and Manager to drive innovation improve customer outcomes and enable continuous improvement across the portfolio.
The is a 30 June 2026 secondment role
What Youll Do
- Contribute to cross-functional squads delivering AI and tech initiatives aligned with strategic goals
- Support end-to-end delivery including testing change management and stakeholder engagement
- Identify and prioritise opportunities that enhance customer experience efficiency and performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and acceptance criteria
- Provide regular updates and showcase features to support delivery outcomes
- Integrate change management strategies to ensure smooth implementation and adoption
What Youll Bring
- Experience in insurance claims or financial services with exposure to project delivery and emerging tech
- Strong analytical skills to develop actionable insights and drive performance
- Effective communicator able to tailor messages for diverse audiences
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and collaboration across internal and external teams
- Confident negotiator with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment
- Adaptable mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation
