The position
As a Production OT Professional you will play a pivotal role in driving the digitalisation agenda at our Koriyama Factory. Your responsibilities will include:

• Act as a key point of contact for Future FP initiatives bridging local management global teams and the Koriyama Factory Line of Business (LoB).
• Design and update the digitalization roadmap for the Koriyama Factory to align with global IT and digitalization strategies.
• Identify business needs and translate them into digital solutions prioritizing initiatives based on local requirements.
• Lead multiple digitalization projects overseeing planning change management execution and post-implementation follow-ups while engaging stakeholders.
• Collaborate with QA on digitalization efforts conduct IT risk assessments investigate digital tools for production and support global IT systems like Tulip and POINT.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or masters degree in business administration Engineering Manufacturing Mathematics Technology Project Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Production Manufacturing or Operations environment focusing on process improvements or change management of related systems/OT.
• Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese.
• Previous experience or a strong interest in digitalization and familiarity with pharmaceutical processes or other regulated industries.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to thrive in a cross-cultural and cross-functional environment in a proactive autonomous and professional manner.
