Requirements:
- Successful completion of a program approved by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
- Current therapist license issued by The State of TXand a current CPR certificate.
- Proficient in technological devices/systems such as tablets e-mail text messaging and electronic documentation (we provide significant training as needed)
- Reliable transportation

- Self-direction with a sense of team commitment
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Personal care component on a small percentage of patients
