KITE Search are currently working with a leading Hong Kong property developer with a strong land bank and a stable project pipeline. On hand they are developing some of the most prestigious projects in Hong Kong. As a result they are looking for an ambitious Construction Manager to join their project team in Hong Kong
The Role:
As the Construction Manager working within the project management team you will manage construction works and the program ensuring they are delivered on time in accordance with quality and health and safety requirements. You will be tasked with managing coordinating and supervising external stakeholders including main contractors sub-contractors and consultants.
The Requirement
- Over 10 years in managing mid-large scale new development/ construction projects preferably with experiences in new build/ re-development of residential projects in Hong Kong
- Prior site/ construction management experiences within property developers/ main contractors are highly preferred
- Experience in construction management of MTRC projects
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated proactive systematicand able to work under pressure
- Conversant with local government regulations
