Ttris is a subsidiary of JLL a global real estate services company that provides comprehensive and integrated property-related expertise including management transaction and consulting services to investors and occupiers at local regional and global levels.


This division in JLLs EMEA region has grown from two acquisitions in Spain (2006) and France (2007) to its current state where it delivers office hotel and retail fit-out projects across 14 countries of operation. Ttris continues to grow with an expected turnover of approximately 700 million dollars and more than 800 employees as of 2018. Following this successful growth Ttris has become the leading provider of design construction and interior decoration services in the EMEA region.

Quality Safety and Environment Systems Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Implement maintain and improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) covering Quality (ISO 9001) Environment (ISO 14001) and Occupational Health and Safety (ISO 45001)
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all company operations
Identify and assess risks and opportunities within the different IMS frameworks
Coordinate and monitor internal and external audits ensuring implementation of corrective actions
Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports for leadership review
Manage and control integrated management system documentation
Handle non-conformities and define corrective and preventive action plans
Develop and review policies processes procedures and management manuals
Plan and conduct training and awareness sessions within the IMS scope
Monitor and verify supplier selection qualification and evaluation processes
Control and manage customer complaints and satisfaction metrics
Act as facilitator between different areas of the organization promoting continuous improvement
Collaborate with the organizations HSSE department
Promote safety and sustainability culture throughout the company

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing maintaining and improving Integrated Management Systems
Specialized higher education in Quality Environment and/or Safety
Certification in Internal Audits for ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
Solid knowledge of Environmental Management and Sustainability
In-depth knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety
Knowledge of legislation applicable to the construction and fit-out sector
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical capacity and results-oriented mindset
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactivity and problem-solving ability
Good knowledge of English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and integrated management system software
