Tétris is a subsidiary of JLL a global real estate services company that provides comprehensive and integrated property-related expertise including management transaction and consulting services to investors and occupiers at local regional and global levels.

This division in JLLs EMEA region has grown from two acquisitions in Spain (2006) and France (2007) to its current state where it delivers office hotel and retail fit-out projects across 14 countries of operation. Tétris continues to grow with an expected turnover of approximately 700 million dollars and more than 800 employees as of 2018. Following this successful growth Tétris has become the leading provider of design construction and interior decoration services in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System

Develop and implement quality policies aligned with construction and fit-out sector legislation
Define quality requirements and collaborate with Environment and Safety pillars

Coordinate internal and external quality management system audits

Ensure implementation of corrective actions and monitor performance indicators (KPIs)

Prepare management reports for leadership review

Manage supplier qualification and evaluation processes

Ensure closure of non-conformities and monitor corrective/preventive action plans

Facilitate communication between departments to integrate quality processes

Support quality training plan development and promote excellence culture

Integrate health safety quality and environmental principles in work development

Continuously seek improvement of the integrated management system performance

Requirements:

Experience:Minimum 3 years in similar functions with construction site experience preferred

Education:Specialized training in Quality Management Systems Certifications:ISO 9001 certification required; ISO 9001:2015 Internal Audit certification preferred

Technical Knowledge:Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 for system integration preferred

Legislation:Knowledge of construction and fit-out sector legislation preferred

IT Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office and integrated management software preferred

Languages:Good knowledge of English

Additional:CAP level VI in TSSHT or equivalent preferred; complementary training in Environment and Safety areas preferred

Skills:Strong interpersonal skills customer orientation leadership capacity proactivity ability to work under pressure results-oriented attention to detail adaptability and flexibility
