About the Role
As a Quality Analyst you will play a key role in evaluating service performance and ensuring that customer interactions meet the highest standards. You will monitor assess and provide feedback to frontline teams helping to shape service excellence and contribute to ongoing process optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct quality evaluations of customer interactions in German across multiple channels.
Identify areas of improvement and provide constructive feedback to agents and team leaders.
Analyse performance trends detect recurring issues and propose actionable solutions.
Collaborate with training and operations teams to drive improvements in service delivery.
Participate in the development and refinement of internal quality guidelines.
Prepare performance reports to support data-driven decision making.

Requirements

Native or fluent German plus strong communication skills in English.
Experience in quality monitoring auditing customer care or contact centre operations is a strong advantage.
Excellent analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to provide feedback sensitively and professionally.
Organised proactive and comfortable working both independently and as part of a multicultural team.
Passion for service excellence and continuous improvement.
