Job Summary
Support the growth of Talentas partner ecosystem by identifying onboarding and enabling strategic partners such as HR Consultant IT consultants digital agencies and software principals to drive new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify reach out to and recruit new potential partners such as HR Consultant IT consultants software vendors and digital agencies that align with Talentas target market and product offering.
- Build strong relationships with partners by providing continuous support guidance and education about Talentas solutions value proposition and partnership benefits.
- Deliver clear onboarding processes to ensure new partners are fully equipped to promote pitch and implement Talenta solutions effectively.
- Monitor partner activities regularly to ensure they remain engaged understand product updates and are actively bringing in qualified leads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales Product Marketing After Sales) to support partnership success.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partner profiles lead pipelines and activity logs in the CRM system.
- Actively organize or support partner-led and joint events (e.g. webinars workshops co-marketing initiatives) to boost partner engagement and lead generation.
- Collect and relay valuable product and partnership feedback from partners to internal teams including Product Marketing and Engineering to support product development and partnership improvements.
- Identify integration or technical collaboration opportunities with partners to increase added value for Talenta products.
- Provide regular performance reporting and insights to the Partner Executive Lead including metrics such as partner activity lead quality and conversion rate.
- Constantly nurture and maintain the relationship with each partner to ensure a long-term mutually beneficial collaboration.
- Achieve monthly performance targetscontributions through partner channels.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in partnership account management preferably in the SaaS or tech industry.
- Basic knowledge of HR and business software ecosystems is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Has an interest in startups tech ventures and entrepreneurial environments.
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration abilities.
- Fast learner with high initiative and adaptability.
