We are looking for a Senior Captain - Banquet Operationsbased at Kerry HotelHong Kong!
As a Senior Captain we rely on you to:
- Provide quality service to guests
- Ensure smooth operations of the work section appointed and strive for customer delights
- Ensure that service / items are prepared according to the standards
- Check cleanliness of the section prior to and after service
- Obtain customer feedback during operation to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist the manager in the day to day operations
We are looking for someone who has:
- Minimum of 4 years relevant working experience with 3 years experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent guest interaction skills
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Guest oriented and a good team player
- Outgoing and friendly with great attention to detail
