Part time Leasing Specialist

The Leasing Specialist role is essential to the success of the communities as this individual is part of a team responsible for ensuring we offer a WOW customer experience to the residents and prospects. This includes responsibility for showing the community and apartments walking the community and selling the value of a lease.

You will communicate directly with the senior executive team and your direct supervisor on all aspects of property operations. You are maintaining a positive resident owner and employee WOW experience. Leasing apartments providing an excellent prospect and resident experience focusing on resident retention executing property-level outreach marketing and increasing revenue are all integral parts of the role.

About this opportunity:

• Location: Living Fully Sevierville 1701 Middle Creek Drive Sevierville TN 37863
• Position type: Full Time
• Comepnsation: $17-$18/hour plus commissions
• Schedule:
  • Monday Through Friday with Rotating Weekends

What we are looking for in a Leasing Specialist Candidate:

• Customer Service Experience is a must
• Lease-Up Experience a must
• Proven ability to drive positive results while representing and promoting core values
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid analytical skills and working with income statements and financial statements
• Proven examples of change leadership and responsibility for on-site project management
• A sense of empowerment accountability and success at achieving goals driving performance and developing team members
• An active drivers license and reliable transportation
• Appfolio G-suite and Microsoft Office experience is a plus.

What you will do as a Leasing Specialist:

• Respond to all leads within 4 hours and manage the full lead-to-lease process
• Prospect weekly and build relationships with local businesses for cross-promotion
• Network with major employers universities and hospitals to generate traffic
• Conduct leasing tours using DLPs Standards of Excellence and close with confidence
• Assist prospects in applying using online tools and proven closing techniques
• Create and lead resident programs to enhance the living experience
• Build relationships with current and past residents to drive referrals
• Regularly walk and inspect the property to ensure cleanliness and functionality
• Maintain accurate CRM records guest cards follow-ups and lease paperwork
• Communicate consistently with the Community Manager leadership and teammates
• Attend all required meetings and trainings; manage goals and time effectively
