Our client a leading residential developer is seeking a skilled Finishing Manager to lead and deliver high-quality internal fit-out works on large-scale residential projects in Dublin.

This position plays a key role in managing finishing packages from plastering through snagging and final handover. You will oversee health and safety quality control subcontractor coordination procurement input and aftercare. The Finishing Manager ensures timely delivery of completed units addresses issues proactively and fosters a strong customer-focused culture throughout the project lifecycle.

Youll also be responsible for mentoring your team managing documentation through DMS platforms coordinating handover schedules with sales and legal and ensuring top-tier standards are met for residents and purchasers.
