Your Key Responsibilities:
Lead Client Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new clients ensuring a smooth integration of our products with their existing systems and infrastructure.
Technical Expertise: Stay informed about software integrations and technical requirements providing clients with top-tier support and guidance.
Client Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term partnerships by delivering exceptional support throughout the client journey.
Account Management: Drive success by managing accounts directly meeting and exceeding sales targets and identifying key growth opportunities.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with sales marketing product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality resources and ensure a seamless client experience.
Industry Insight: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive products sharing valuable insights with clients and the internal team.
What Youll Bring:
Experience: At least 2 years in account management technical support or client-facing roles ideally within SaaS IT services or online marketplaces.
Language Skills: C2 or fluent in Italian with excellent English proficiency.
Project Management & Communication Skills: Strong organizational skills analytical abilities and excellent communication.
Adaptability: Thrive in both strategic and tactical roles able to navigate dynamic and fast-paced environments.
