Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and clinical supervision to nursing staff championing a high morale amongst the team.
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders
- Maintain high-quality care standards through regular assessments and feedback.
- Respond proactively to evolving service demands and challenges.
- Assist in recruitment of staff in your area by networking word of mouth and identifying key talent.
Requirements
- BSC in Childrens Nursing; RGNs with significant Paediatric experience may also be considered.
- 2-4 years Clinical Management experience.
- Community and paediatrics experience essential along with NMBI registration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven experience working within multidisciplinary teams.
- Post-registration qualification in healthcare management or business would be a distinct advantage.
