We are hiring a Quality Manager for our Nursing Home in Co Cork.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and support to PICs to ensure consistently high standards of care and regulatory compliance.
Implement and maintain quality assurance systems audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Serve as the subject matter expert for governance compliance and regulatory developments.
Carry out audits across all homes deliver clear feedback and oversee the implementation of corrective actions.
Review update and standardise policies and procedures across the organisation.
Mentor PICs and staff in best practices related to clinical governance and compliance.
Monitor safeguarding processes incident reporting risk registers and the management of complaints.
Prepare detailed quality and compliance reports for the Executive Team and Board.
Contribute to organisational strategic planning and drive service excellence initiatives.
Requirements
Registered Nurse with active NMBI registration.
Postgraduate qualification in healthcare management quality improvement or clinical governance.
35 years experience in a healthcare quality governance or compliance role.
Strong understanding of HIQA standards and person-centred care frameworks.
Proven experience in auditing risk management and compliance reporting.
Excellent communication leadership and mentoring abilities.
Full Irish driving licence and flexibility to travel as required.
Additional qualification in auditing or risk management.
