Glean is seeking a product marketer with strong analytical experience to help shape a critical new function at the company (Customer & Growth Marketing). This person is responsible for working alongside our Growth Data Scientist to identify user behavior insights to drive product adoption leading experiments to improve lifecycle outcomes and translating data into actionable growth strategies.
They will operate as both a hands-on business analyst and a strategic marketerskilled at leveraging accessible analytics platforms testing hypotheses and rapidly iterating to improve key metrics. This role requires close collaboration across product design engineering post-sales and marketing teams to turn insights into compelling end-user experiences that accelerate adoption and retention.

Compensation & Benefits:
The standard base salary range for this position is $160000 - $200000 annually. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location level job-related knowledge skills and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation equity and benefits.
