Job Description

We are seeking a Product Manager reporting to the SVP of Product Management & Marketing who is able to fulfill both product management and customer integration functions. This role combines the strategic focus of product management with the hands-on dedication of customer success ensuring our products are developed not only meet business objectives but also exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering value to customers a knack for problem-solving and the ability to translate customer feedback into actionable insights that drive product innovation and adoption.


Duties/Responsibilities:

Product Scope Requirements and Realization

  • Review compose and collaborate on discovery and scoping of new and existing product features.
  • Review draft and edit Manage all product responsibilities for designated lines and features for release.
  • Monitor environments to provide in person and remote product demos in support of commercial and business objectives including office customer or trade show locations.
  • Review edit and prioritize change requests and defects in production.
  • Conduct product training to internal teams for new release features.
  • Document and test scenarios during in cycle and post release internal user acceptance testing.
  • Coordinate with compliance QA and regulatory teams to meet jurisdictional standards.
  • Review and draft epics user stories and acceptance criteria.

Cross-Functional collaboration

  • Provide product management support to engineering QA design compliance customer success and commercial throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Perform backlog grooming participate in release planning and day-to-day execution for assigned products.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

Product Delivery & Performance

  • Monitor product KPIs to assess feature adoption user engagement and overall performance.
  • Champion continuous improvement by iterating on product features post-launch based on usage and feedback.
  • Support go lives product trials and new feature release deployments
Requirements

Education & Experience

  • 3 years of experience in product management or similar roles.
  • 3 years of experience in casino gaming fin tech or regulated systems.
  • Bachelors degree in business Marketing Engineering or related field.
  • Casino or cage operational experience preferred.
  • Background working across both software and hardware products is a strong plus.


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a desk or computer station.
  • Occasional lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds such as equipment or office supplies with or without assistance.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring fine motor skills such as typing using office equipment conducting hardware testing or operating a computer.
  • Ability to travel for customer service and business needs or site visits which may involve extended periods of sitting standing walking lifting pulling and/or pushing.
  • Ability to participate in in-person meetings and presentations including standing or moving about a room.
  • Must be able to work in an office environment and at customer locations with varying noise levels and demands.

Total Rewards

$85000 - $125000 USD annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location job function of the position education and experience of the selected candidate. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as business results.
