Main Purpose
- Own and grow Unifieds Interconnect Portfolio (connectors heat shrink tubing optical & fiber connectors cable accessories etc.)
- Drive product promotion technical support and business development with the objective of increasing market share and revenue.
- Act as the bridge between OEMs/principals Unified sales/FAE teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs Tier1s EMS and distribution partners; conduct regular visits and engagements.
- Achieve product-line revenue & gross profit targets.
- Work closely with Field Application Engineers (FAEs) to promote interconnect solutions in customer designs.
- Provide product training market intelligence and go-to-market strategies to sales teams.
- Identify new business opportunities (NBOs) in Industry Telecom Automotive (EV) Railways Defense and Data Center markets.
- Manage design-in to design-win pipeline improve quote-to-win ratio and support closure of large opportunities (>USD 10K/tender).
- Negotiate with OEMs/principals on pricing credit terms inventory and returns.
- Develop forecasting and business plans in alignment with sales and supplier expectations.
- Work on transfer business opportunities (TAMDTM conversions EMS shifts competitor replacements).
- Actively identify and add supplementary / complementary product lines to strengthen Unifieds interconnect basket.
- Ensure efficient coordination with sales coordinators warehouse finance and backend teams.
- Travel 40%60% of time across India for customer and supplier engagement.
Qualifications / Experience
- 58 years of experience in Product Management / Product Marketing / Business Development in interconnect solutions (connectors heat shrink fiber optics cable management).
- Proven track record in handling major OEMs and Tier1 accounts in Industry/Telecom (exposure to Automotive Defense Data Center a plus).
- Strong knowledge of connectors (TE Amphenol Molex Hirose Cinch Degson Conec etc.) and interconnect accessories.
- B.E/ in Electronics Electrical or related field
- In-depth understanding of NPI demand creation competitive positioning and supplier engagement.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel PowerPoint and CRM tools (Zoho ERPNext Salesforce etc.).
