Pay: $70000$75000

Youll be the hub of communication between project managers subcontractors suppliers and clients making sure everything stays on track. From managing schedules and permits to helping with budgets and proposals youll gain exposure to every side of the business while building a clear path toward becoming a Project Manager.
What Youll Do:
- Keep projects organized by coordinating schedules subcontractors and site visits
- Track contracts permits invoices and project documentation
- Assist with budgeting scheduling and proposal preparation
- Research and source materials products and trade partners
- Prepare meeting notes and provide clear updates to stakeholders
- Support overall office operations and team efficiency
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with Windows-based systems
- Experience with BuilderTrend or Sage Timberline or similar preferred
