Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects
- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve any issues that arise during project execution.
- Prepare and present project updates to key stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Implement best practices in project management and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the construction or data center sector.
- Proven track record of managing complex construction projects.
- Strong leadership negotiation and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of project management software and tools.
- Willing to travel oversea within short notice
