Job Description Summary

Were looking for a dependable and detail-focused Project Coordinator to join our Contract team supporting key projects in our PPP Prison portfolio. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with solid administrative or coordination experience perhaps looking for a stable long-term role where your skills and life experience are genuinely valued.

Job Description

In this role youll work closely with our Programme Delivery Manager and Project Managers to ensure smooth project setup financial tracking reporting and compliance across multiple high-value contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up project files and financial jobs in internal systems.

  • Manage purchase orders monthly reconciliations progress claims and invoicing.

  • Support procurement and subcontractor documentation.

  • Coordinate subcontractor agreements and ensure compliance with safety and induction requirements.

  • Maintain accurate reporting and asset tracking.

  • Assist with meeting coordination cost control and project closeouts.

  • Help prepare safety plans and EHS documentation.

What Youll Bring:

  • Proven experience in administration or project coordinationideally in facilities construction or infrastructure.

  • Confidence using MS Office (Excel Word Outlook); MS Project is a bonus.

  • Familiarity with financial systems (JDE experience is a plus).

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

  • Clear communication and a practical understanding of Health & Safety.

  • A steady reliable approach to work and a willingness to support others.
