Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and execution of fire protection projects in the marine and oil & gas industries.
- Coordinate with internal teams clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth project operations.
- Prepare project documentation including proposals schedules and progress reports.
- Monitor project progress budget and resource allocation.
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Manage project changes and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and provide timely updates.
- Support the procurement process by sourcing and selecting suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on projects.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or relevant field.
- Prior experience as a project coordinator in the fire protection marine or oil & gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of fire protection systems and industry standards.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Awareness of safety protocols and procedures.
