ING Hubs Philippines is looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to work with the Transformation Center of Expertise (COO) and Global FCFP in orchestrating the delivery of strategic change initiatives and transformational change for the business
The Global Financial Crime & Fraud Prevention (FCFP) organization combines related capabilities into a global functionally steered organization. The purpose is to protect our customers the bank and society against Financial Crime & Fraud through a network of skilled and passionate professionals and a set of advanced solutions and operations.Together we are making the difference.
Global FCFP is part of ING COO and is a first line of defense organization and supports the standardization of related processes enhanced controls shared tooling and the optimization of operations across all business lines helping us to achieve a more robust Financial Crime Prevention & Fraud environment that will strongly contribute to INGs overall response towards more stringent regulatory requirements in this area and beyond.
The scope of the role is global and involves many stakeholders from the different countries jurisdictions and related business and support functions
If you can:
- Lead and manage bank portfolio projects from initiation to completion ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
- Develop and implement project plans including scope schedule budget and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including compliance risk management IT and business units to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project risks.
- Provide regular project updates to senior executives and stakeholders ensuring clear communication of project status issues and risks.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
If you are:
- Someone who has at least 10 years of experience in project management or related field with at least 4 years experience in leading transformation / strategic projects - specifically extensive Project Management experience with Change Management
- Someone who has at least 2 years of experience in Finance and/or Financial Crime process and/ or organization
- Experienced in successfully managing large-scale projects within a banking environment
- Someone who is experienced in working (virtually) cross border across multiple jurisdictions hierarchical and functional lines
- Resilient and resourceful can deal with difficult situations and adversity.
- Someone who has strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Someone who have proven profound communication convincing and advisory skills with the ability to work at all levels and with different cultures in the organization
- Proactive can-do mentality and able to challenge status quo
