Your mission
In this position you lead strategic initiatives that optimize materials management and operational efficiency across our mining equipment business. You ensure critical parts and materials are available while minimizing costs and duplication. You drive process improvements standardization and digital transformation handling tools like RESOURCLY to enhance visibility and control. You collaborate across divisions from procurement and engineering to finance and customer service ensuring seamless operations and on-time delivery. You also manage compliance risk with a focus on sustainability and the challenges of the mining industry.
The location for this position is flexible globally.
Your profile
You bring deep expertise in materials management supply chain optimization and cross-functional leadership. You understand the complexities of global supply chains heavy-duty components and aftermarket services. Youre fluent in relevant KPIs analytics and budget planning and know how to turn strategy into execution. Acting in a truly global environment calls for proficiency in English verbally and in writing.
Youre a natural collaborator and communicator. You lead with clarity and purpose and you know how to inspire teams across cultures and disciplines. Being curious and resilient by nature youre driven by continuous improvement. At the end of the day you embrace technology and change and are passionate about making a difference!
