Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Technical Program Manager located in Guadalajara North Campus.
Reporting to the Program Management Manager the Technical Program Manager role involves in charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.
What a typical day looks like:
- Organize plan and direct program schedules and budgets
- In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
- Provide help knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
- Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines delivery quality and the required business metrics.
- Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame funding requirements procedures for accomplishing program staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
- Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
- Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.
- Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
- In charge of customers satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.
- Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.
- Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.
- Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.
- Holds up production sites for projects costs and other customer related matters through business and expertise.
- Excellent communication skills and must be Fluent in Spanish & English
The experience were looking to add to our team:
- MD/BD required or equivalent work experience
- Advanced experience as Program Manager is mandatory
- Experience in electronics manufacturing industry
- Experience and leadership of CFT
- Advance English
- Experience in complex projects.
- Organized responsible
- Diploma or Certification in Program Manager.
- Valid passport and visa are a plus
- Communication and negotiation abilities
- Office (excel and Power Point)
- Knowledge with technical manufacturing process (Capabilities rate etc.)
- Knowledge with financial (quotes charges) is also a plus
- Experience with OTD Yields CTBs P&L analysis plan attainment
