A day in the life.

As the Lead Operations Specialist for the Outsourcing/Centralization - Corporate Mail Team you will provide guidance and support to MMA/McGriff colleagues across the retail insurance organization as well as third-party vendors contributing to the companys growth and success. Your responsibilities will include: day to day mail functions managing projects focused on achieving operational objectives enhancing efficiency and delivering exceptional client service and agency operations. Additionally you will serve as a team leader for the MMA/McGriff Corporate Mail Team. Please note that this is a critical role and requires an in-office presence.

Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• College Degree or equivalent education training and work-related experience

• Five years of experience within the insurance industry in a client service team lead or related role

• Highly effective written / verbal communication and facilitation skills

• Proven ability to act with responsiveness urgency and professionalism in all matters while prioritizing responsibilities and proactively accomplishing goals

• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products

• Ability to work without direct supervision

These additional qualifications are a plus but not required to apply:

• Knowledge of insurance specific systems and applications

• Experience in leading teams
