Our client is one of the leading utility system service providers in Thailand.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and mentoring a team of Application Engineers to ensure project scope requirements and deliverables are met.
- Driving continuous improvement in team productivity and capability.
- Overseeing device programming graphic creation and ensuring compliance with quality and EHS standards.
- Addressing project challenges and customer concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction and trust.
- Managing project schedules and distributing tasks fairly among team members.
- Guiding system testing commissioning and submission of operation manuals.
- Ensuring project files are updated backed up and aligned with office standards.
- Supporting sales by reviewing project scope proposals and risks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Electrical Mechanical Engineering or other related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in an Application Engineering role with 2-3 years at the managerial level.
- Experience in a firm providing services such as facilities/utilities building management systems automation control or relevant fields.
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
- Experience in PLC control would be an advantage.
