Visionist is bidding on an upcoming PRIME contract and in anticipation of award were seeking Systems Analysts to join our team at the Naval Research Laboratory in Washington DC. You will advance the future of maritime domain awareness by enhancing global ship tracking systems. Youll leverage state-of-the-art analytics multi-INT fusion and cutting-edge technologies to detect and disrupt illicit activities at seaincluding smuggling trafficking illegal fishing and waste dumpingwhile also preventing terrorism securing global commerce and strengthening U.S. homeland defense. Your contributions are
- Support large Multi-INT data systems by analyzing data accuracy and relevance to mission objectives
- Recommend improvements to data utility and overall mission product quality
- Review and assess software performance; consult with users and developers to identify system needs
- Analyze system and software requirements; perform trade-off and impact studies
- Conduct independent verification and validation of software systems
- Review software design documentation and test results for compliance with requirements
- Evaluate test plans to ensure proper validation of system functionality
Requirements for your new career
- Associates degree in a technical discipline
- 3 years of experience in system analysis
- Experience with Multi-INT systems analysis and data assessment
- Ability to evaluate and recommend changes to system and software designs
- Skilled in conducting verification and validation of software components
- Knowledge of software engineering processes and requirement analysis
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with both users and developers

Salary range: $100000 - $170000
