Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
Identify and target new clients in key industries such as oil and gas manufacturing and infrastructure.
Generate leads and qualify opportunities for engineering services and training programs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions.
Track sales activities and report on KPIs.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote TWI Indonesias services.
Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions to meet client needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales preferably in the engineering or training industry.
Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.
Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
Familiarity with the Indonesian engineering market.
