Job Summary
Busy Bees at Wyndham Vale is a thriving centre with a licensed capacity of 124 places located in the heart of Wyndham Vale. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of early childhood education and care.
As part of the Busy Bees family you will play a pivotal role in shaping the centres culture driving quality outcomes for children and supporting a dedicated team of educators.
About the Role
As a Centre Director you will:
Provide strong values-driven leadership to educators and staff
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and ACECQA requirements
Build and maintain strong trusting relationships with families and the wider community
Oversee staffing rostering and centre operations to maintain smooth daily practices
Drive enrolments and occupancy growth while upholding the centres reputation for quality care
Support educators with professional development and career progression
What Youll Need
Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent)
At least 3 years leadership experience in an Early Childhood setting
Current Working with Children Check (Employee) (VIC requirement)
Current First Aid CPR Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
Proven knowledge of the EYLF NQS and regulatory standards
Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills
