BASIC FUNCTION

Responsible for sales turnover to meet sales plan revenue and margin targets without exceeding the planned and budgeted expenditure for area market.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for developing sales and market strategies for target market and area.
  • Execute product sales with pricing within margin guidelines.
  • Establish cultivate and maintain key relationships with customers business partners and distributors.
  • Concern sales status of other brand product in area market and respond timely maintain sales completion status in higher level within own market.
  • Advise key stakeholders on competitive sales and market data current development and trends of customers and distribution channels.
  • Work closely with Marketing Engineering and Operations to ensure products meet specification and quality.
  • Periodic travels to the respective territories to support distributors/dealers in developing the market.

  • Other tasks assigned by manager.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 5-8 years relevant sales experience in the power generation business; or Diploma holders with 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Must be able to write and speak fluent English.

Reports to Regional Sales Manager-South
