Description

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Intelligent Automation Analyst with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and a passion for driving digital addition to designing and developing automation solutions you will lead a team of automation developers and act as the Product Owner for automation initiatives ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing value delivery across departments!

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Technical Expertise & Development

  • Design develop and maintain scalable and efficient automation solutions using Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop Flows) Power Apps and Dataverse.
  • Lead solution architecture discussions and ensure adherence to best practices security and governance standards across all Power Platform projects.
  • Oversee complex automation integrations with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Outlook Teams) external APIs ERP/CRM systems and legacy applications.
  • Build reusable components custom connectors and support API-based automation workflows.

Technical Leadership & Mentoring

  • Manage and mentor a team of RPA and Power Platform developers fostering a high-performance collaborative culture.
  • Assign work review code and solutions and ensure delivery quality and consistency.
  • Provide technical and strategic guidance to the automation team promoting continuous improvement and innovation.

Product Ownership

  • Serve as the Product Owner for the automation program owning the automation roadmap and backlog.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather business requirements prioritize automation use cases and define clear product visions.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for automation initiatives and report on ROI and business impact.
  • Advocate for automation adoption across departments and promote citizen development where appropriate.

Who You Are:

For This Role You Will Need:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in automation development with 3 years in Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Proven experience leading technical teams delivering end-to-end automation projects at scale.
  • Deep knowledge of Power Automate Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) Dataverse and related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 tools and services Azure services (e.g. Logic Apps Azure Functions) and REST APIs.
  • Experience acting as a Product Owner or in a similar role with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Microsoft Certifications: PL-500 PL-400 PL-900 or PL-600.
  • Experience implementing and scaling Centers of Excellence (CoEs) for Power Platform.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform governance and administration including DLP policies and ALM strategies.
  • Familiarity with automation in regulated industries (e.g. finance healthcare legal) and compliance best practices.
