About the Role:

As a Technical Talent Attraction Advisor youll be a strategic partner identifying engaging and hiring cutting-edge technical expertise. Youll collaborate with engineering leaders and hiring managers to develop and execute talent attraction strategies focusing on a premium candidate experience.
What Youll Do:
Strategic Impact: Partner with technical leaders to create recruitment strategies for highly sought-after technical roles.
Full-Cycle Technical Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end process for diverse technical roles.
Proactive Sourcing Architect: Identify and engage top technical talent using innovative channels focusing on engineering and R&D profiles.
Technical Market Advisor: Provide insights into the technical talent market and offer creative sourcing solutions.
Champion Candidate Experience: Deliver exceptional experiences reflecting Trimbles values and innovative culture.
Offer & Close Mastery: Skillfully extend and negotiate job offers.
What Skills & Abilities Youll Bring:
2 years of demonstrated Talent Acquisition/recruiting experience (agency or internal) with recent experience partnering with hiring managers ideally in technical recruitment.
Fluency in English is a must
Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
Experience within a large matrixed organization or ability to collaborate across dispersed teams is preferred.
Comfort working in a global team environment.
Exceptional ability to articulate Trimbles value proposition and culture to technical employees.
Solutions-oriented mindset with a knack for creative thinking to identify niche technical talent.
