Our client is a heavy manufacturing company based in Chonburi.
Job Description
- Providing daily support for ERP systems resolving issues related to business reporting ERP Intranet WMS and shop floor software.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems across software platforms.
- Configuring and maintaining server environments for ERP databases and web applications.
- Developing customising and code forms and reports for ERP and Intranet applications.
- Managing and developing ERP SyteLine modules including forms IDO and service order objects.
- Administering and managing MS SQL databases including command execution and design.
- Designing and developing reports using SSRS or Crystal Reports.
- Developing web applications using Apache IIS WordPress and PHP.
- Providing software support through ticketing systems.
- Ensuring compliance with internal control standards and SOX regulations.
- Translating business requirements into IT solutions.
- Coordinating IT tasks with teams in other regions.
- Conducting ERP application user training.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in IT Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in customizing INFOR SyteLine.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Visual Basic C# frameworks.
- Strong understanding of MS SQL Server SSRS and Crystal Reports for data management and report generation.
- Experience in working with SyteLine APIs.
- Solid experience with PHP and web development technologies.
