Our client is a leading manufacturing company.
This role is based in both BKK and Chonburi.
Job Description:
- Managing and supporting IT infrastructure specific to manufacturing environments ensuring seamless operations across production warehouse and supply chain functions (PCS-TCS).
- Acting as a primary liaison with service providers and international teams utilizing SAP for effective coordination.
- Maintaining a proactive positive mindset with strong organizational skills to handle workload demands effectively.
- Applying structured communication methods (HORENSO) for efficient teamwork and clear information flow.
- Focusing on achieving KPI targets with a priority on enhancing user satisfaction and addressing infrastructure needs.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in IT infrastructure within a manufacturing environment with an understanding of production warehousing and supply chain processes (PCS-TCS).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP particularly in coordinating with service providers and international teams.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; experience with HORENSO or similar structured communication practices is preferred.
- Mindset: Positive and solution-oriented with logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
- Organization: Excellent workload planning and organizational skills able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- User Satisfaction: Experience with tracking and meeting KPI targets with a demonstrated ability to improve user satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally liaising with various departments to ensure IT infrastructure aligns with business and manufacturing goals.
