General Finance Solicitor
Are you a Finance Solicitor looking to work on some of the most complex and high-value finance deals in the Irish market
We are partnering with a leading Dublin-based finance team that advises a broad range of domestic and international clients including banks institutional investors alternative lenders developers and corporate borrowers. This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with 14 years PQE to gain exposure to a wide spectrum of finance transactions within a high-performing collaborative environment.

The Role
As a General Finance Solicitor you will:
Advise on corporate lending and sustainability-linked facilities
Support leveraged and acquisition finance transactions
Work on real estate and development finance matters
Advise on fund finance arrangements and direct lending structures
Act on loan portfolio sales and trading of distressed or non-performing debt
Assist financial institutions and alternative lenders on bespoke lending products
The Person
We would love to speak with solicitors who:
Are qualified in Ireland or another common law jurisdiction
Have 14 years PQE in finance banking or structured lending
Possess excellent drafting and client communication skills
Are commercially minded organised and thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Are eager to work across a broad range of finance matters and build strong client relationships
