Finance Solicitor
We are currently working with a leading Finance & Capital Markets team in Dublin who are seeking to recruit a Finance Solicitor with 15 years PQE to join their expanding practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside some of the most experienced lawyers in the Irish market advising a diverse mix of international and domestic clients.
This is a dynamic and fast-paced team where solicitors regularly act on high-value and innovative transactions across a variety of finance sectors. The firm offers a collaborative flexible environment with strong support for development and progression.

The Role
As a Finance Solicitor you will advise clients on a wide range of finance transactions including:
Project Finance
Structured Finance and Capital Markets
Leveraged and Acquisition Finance
General Corporate Lending
Fund Finance
Property and Development Finance
Aviation Finance
Youll work closely with colleagues across corporate real estate funds and regulatory teams to deliver seamless legal solutions to an exceptional client base.
The Person
We would love to speak with solicitors who:
Are qualified in Ireland or another common law jurisdiction with 15 years PQE in finance
Have strong drafting and analytical skills
Are confident managing a varied caseload with a focus on transactional matters
Are enthusiastic collaborative and commercially aware
Are interested in building long-term client relationships and contributing to business development
