To keep pace with our continued growth we are in need of a Senior Immigration Lawyer ideally with large firm and/or in-house experience.

As a Caravel Immigration Lawyer You will:
- Prepare and submit various immigration applications including LMIA requests ensuring accuracy and completeness to minimize the risk of rejections
- Support matters including Intra-company transfer work permit after sales service work permit business visitor letters study permits IEC work permits visitor visas assessments of eligibility family class permits express entry permits express entry provincial nominee program start up visa and permanent residence applications and extensions
What would YOU Bring:
- Minimum of 10 yearsof practical related private practice experience
- Ability to work independently and with little supervision.
