Job Summary
To support our Flex Europe team we are currently looking for a Systems Administrator based in Stuttgart DE. Reporting to site IT Manager the Systems Administrator will be responsible for administering and maintaining the organizations information systems your expertise will help drive the systems that power our daily IT operations.
What a typical day looks like
As an System Administrator youll play a key role in ensuring smooth and secure IT operations:
- Partner with global IT teams to align local standards processes and activities
- Serve as a trusted advisor on IT topics for employees and management
- Provide on-site Tier 1&2 support for end-users
- Deliver hands-on server support in coordination with global teams
- Manage hardware and software assets
- Assist in security and compliance reviews
- Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation
The experience were looking to add to our team
- A technical bachelors degree
- At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations
- Fluency in both German and English
- Strong knowledge of desktop and server hardware/software
- Bonus: Deep expertise in Windows environments
