Job Summary
Role Overview:
Join our R&D team to design and develop innovative products from concept to prototype. You will work on CAD design process development testing and support innovation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design parts and assemblies in 3D CAD and create technical drawings
- Develop concepts and processes for prototypes and series production
- Support prototype manufacturing and testing including reporting results
- Perform or coordinate simulations (FEM Mold-Flow)
- Maintain documentation and BOMs in DMS
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams on requirements
- Contribute to innovation and process improvements
Qualifications :
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering Product Design or similar
- Experience with CAD (3D) and technical drawings
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and tolerance analysis
- Familiarity with FEM/Mold-Flow and prototype development
- Good communication skills in German and English
