Role Overview
Were seeking a Senior POps Business Partner to support three key functions at Storable: Client Care Finance and the Office of the Chief of Staff. This is a strategic and hands-on role focused on enabling people leaders improving team performance and driving people initiatives across the employee lifecycle. The role will partner closely with senior leaders in each function and serve as a cultural ambassador across a globally distributed workforce.
What Youll Do Everyday
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in Client Care Finance and the Chief of Staff org.
- Provide insights on organizational design talent planning succession and leadership development
- Support performance enablement development planning and coaching for individuals and teams.
- Partner on calibration promotions and compensation planning processes.
- Identify and act on opportunities to improve team engagement manager effectiveness and retention.
- Monitor and address team health indicators using people data and feedback loops.
- Lead and support change management efforts across reorganizations team shifts and key initiatives.
- Partner with internal comms and L&D on targeted programming or interventions.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (Total Rewards Talent Acquisition L&D) to ensure alignment.
- Ensure a cohesive experience for employees while managing day-to-day tactical People Ops/HR support.
What You Need to Bring to the Table
- 10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years as an HRBP or generalist supporting senior leaders.
- Experience supporting global or distributed teams.
- Strong fluency in U.S. employment practices; familiarity with Latin American norms is a plus.
- Proven ability to coach leaders analyze data for insights and drive business-aligned HR strategies.
- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced remote-first environment.
- Fluent in English
