Job Description
Financial & Analytical Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze operational costs including labor equipment and warehouse occupancy to ensure budget efficiency and cost control.
- Review and interpret key financial metrics such as accruals and basic Profit & Loss (P&L) reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Approve daily labor and overtime requests based on operational needs and budget constraints.
- Drive data-driven initiatives to improve cost-effectiveness and operational performance.
- Report financial and performance insights to direct manager with actionable recommendations.
Operational Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Design and maintain an effective operational structure that promotes high performance teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Warehouse Supervisors to monitor and optimize warehouse productivity manpower allocation and equipment utilization.
- Review and approve changes in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) to ensure process consistency and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Audit HSE HR Transport) to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
People & Customer Management
Conduct regular employee performance reviews and coordinate with HR and General Operations Manager for development and succession
