Job Description

Anticipated Contract Duration: Up to 32 hours per month ongoing contract                           
Location: Open to Canada (ET)                                                                                                                              Work set up: Remote

We are seeking a highly skilled Fractional Assistant to provide exceptional support to high-level executives and corporate teams. This role demands a poised professional and tech-savvy individual who can confidently represent premium brands while delivering top-tier administrative and interpersonal support.

What you will do:

  • Provide executive-level support to C-suite leaders entrepreneurs and business coaches across global and multicultural environments.
  • Manage complex calendars travel arrangements and communications with precision confidentiality and discretion.
  • Coordinate events oversee corporate administrative functions and handle sensitive tasks with professionalism and trustworthiness.
  • Maintain a polished professional demeanour and an articulate verbal communication style suited to high-end corporate settings.
  • Draft clear professional and error-free correspondence with strong writing and editing skills.
  • Utilize advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Slides).
  • Quickly learn and adapt to new systems and productivity platforms including AI tools with a proactive and tech-forward mindset.
  • Proactively up-manage by keeping leaders informed identifying potential issues early and taking ownership of outcomes.

Qualifications :

  • 10 years of proven success in Executive Assistant PA or similar roles (will also consider candidates with former experience in an au pair role).
  • Intellectually sharp and quick-thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Positive and proactive mindset with a willingness to take on tasks of any complexity.
  • Holds high personal standards and consistently strives for excellence.
  • Anticipates needs and delivers thoughtful client-focused support.
  • Thrives under pressure and maintains composure in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented with a natural instinct to double-check work.
  • Demonstrates stamina dedication and the ability to manage demanding workloads.
  • Works independently with minimal supervision while delivering reliably on commitments.
  • Accountable emotionally intelligent and responsible for outcomes.
  • Brings a mature grounded presence and maintains a healthy balanced lifestyle.
  • Collaborative team player with a supportive and professional demeanour.
  • Upholds integrity discretion and trustworthiness when handling sensitive information.
