Job Description

Role description:
- Preparation of pre-contract cost estimates and project cash-flow
- Preparation of tender documentation
- Tendering process and tender evaluation
- Post-contract administration and management contract documentation valuation of progress payment variation assessment and cost control report
- Finalization of project final accounts
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Candidates with 0 to 5 years of working experience in QS are preferred
- With technical knowledge Measurement cost estimating construction technology contracts and law
- Candidates with pre-contract experience and consultancy background will have advantage
- Understand and familiar with professional practice and contract administration processes
- Able to work as a team player
- Candidate with HKIS or RICS qualification will be consider for Assistant Team Leader or above
- Ability to communicate clearly both spoken and written English
- Ability to communicate clearly spoken Cantonese and written Chinese
- Welcome IANG Visa / Support Work Visa
- Welcome Fresh Graduate
