Half-time General Administration Assistant (Payroll team) ()
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical and administrative support;
- Assist in data input and medical claims review;
- Handle enquiries from staff; and
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Form 5 / DSE / HKCEE graduate or above;
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese;
- Responsible self-motivated well-organised and efficient;
- Proficiency in PC skills including MS Word Excel and Chinese Word processing; and
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term half-time contract (20 working hours per week) for a duration of 2 years.
