The key objective of the role is to further develop the campaign and content activations for Tmall JD Tiktok.... This role requires fundamental understanding of eCom business phenomenal skills of campaign executions and assortment management.

No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

LEGO China is leading and driving the Customer growth strategy and business objectives. We coordinate and collaborate with multi-functional resources to ensure synergy and coherence.

Core Responsibilities

• Online campaign activations. To drive the overall channel activations to support business growth.
• Portfolio management. Responsible for assortment management to achieve theme line sales target.
• Partnership management. Be responsible for integration with partners including marketing calendar platforms resources etc.
• Key account management capability. Be deeply involved in joint business plans annual portfolio plan etc.
• Strong leadership with a can-do attitude.

Do you have what it takes

• Strong business understanding of the online market
• Bachelors degree in a business-related field preferred
• Strategic perspective combined with strong executional skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent ability to build long-lasting relations
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Strong analytical capabilities expertise in driving online operation KPI.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English
