The role:
As part of our dynamic BDM team youll help shape and optimise our pitch strategy tools and processes. Working closely with the Strategic and LGS Pitch Teams youll lead on key initiatives that drive growth and innovation. This is a collaborative fast-paced role with real scope to influence how we work. Youll also bring fresh thinking to challenge the status quo and support our firm-wide business development goals.
Your key responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Strategic and LGS Pitch Teams to define and deliver tasks that drive innovation and improve pitching effectiveness.
Lead pitch improvement projects coordinating resources managing timelines and communicating outcomes to stakeholders.
Act as the technical lead for pitch-related automation AI and digital content working closely with BDM Operations and Marketing teams.
Analyse pitching processes tools and resources to identify areas for enhancement and support implementation of improvements.
Research external trends and innovations in pitching providing insights and recommendations to challenge and evolve internal practices.
Support the development and maintenance of digital pitch content ensuring alignment with firmwide strategy and tools.
Review and interpret client pitch feedback data to identify patterns and inform future improvements.
Foster collaboration across BDM and business teams to embed best practice and drive continuous improvement in pitch delivery.
What were looking for:
Proven experience translating operational challenges into clear technical requirements and leading global teams to deliver solutions.
Strong project management skills with a track record of implementing best practice processes across complex international environments.
Familiarity with automation and GenAI tools relevant to pitching and business development alongside experience in digital content creation.
Solid understanding of pitching methodologies with strong analytical skills to assess and improve systems tools and processes.
Confident communicator with a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement and internal collaboration.
